From full courses to weekly sessions, every format of the NOIWE Academy is live, practical and built around your own teaching, with Transformative-Emancipatory Pedagogy (TEP®) at its heart.

Reimagine your Teaching 

We start from where you are! 
In seven live sessions (7 × 2 h) in a small international group, you experience Transformative-Emancipatory Pedagogy (TEP®) as a learner, design each element for one real course of your own, and try it with your learners. You leave with a complete learning journey, ready to run.

Teaching Complex and Controversial Topics

Five workshops (5 × 2 h) to make burning issues teachable in your own course. For teachers, doctoral students and professors.

TEP Lab

A weekly live session (2h) around one real classroom challenge. Bring your question, work through it together with TEP tools, and leave with something to try the next day.

Free Introduction in English

Join a free 1-hour online introduction to Transformative-Emancipatory Pedagogy (TEP®) and the NOIWE Academy, held in English every Thursday. Discover the approach, meet the community, and explore how it can support your teaching.
